What forms of payment do you accept?

I accept the major credit cards Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover as well as direct PayPal account payments.

Do I need a PayPal account to purchase from this store?

No, you are not required to have a PayPal account to purchase from this store. However, if you already have a PayPal account, you may use it as your payment method

How secure is this store?

All payments are processed via PayPal, one of the most trusted payment gateways in the world. PayPal uses the highest level of encryption and data security to ensure your details are protected. Paypal securely shares your order and delivery details with us, but does not share any of your sensitive payment information.

Do you offer wholesale pricing?

Yes. If you would like a wholesale account, please contact me and include your business details in your message.

What is your exchange / return policy?

All of my pieces are made with great care and photographed to show every detail. I am confident you will love them, but if you are unhappy for any reason, you may return the item within 14 days of receipt. Buyer is responsible for return shipping charges. Please contact me immediately to let me know you are returning.

*A note to earring buyers: please don't worry, I will *never* resell earwires that have been returned.

Shipping

How long will delivery of my order take?

In Stock Domestic orders ship First Class and are typically delivered within 5-6 business days. Priority upgrade is available, for an additional cost. Domestic orders include Delivery Confirmation and are Insured. Made to Order items will need additional time as noted on listing. Multiple item orders may require additional postage.

In Stock International orders are typically delivered within 2-5 weeks, depending upon the destination and customs processing. I ship First Class International unless an Upgrade is requested. I'm happy to ship Priority if you'd like, just let me know and I will add on the extra cost. Made to Order items will need additional time as noted on listing.

Please note that delivery of orders paid via PayPal eCheck will take an additional 4 to 9 business days to allow for the eCheck transfer period.

How much does shipping cost?

Shipping costs are calculated based upon the number and type of products in your cart. Single items cost $5 for First Class Domestic with Insurance and $5 for First Class International. Priority can be calculated by request.

To view First Class shipping costs, add your desired products to your cart, proceed to the cart page, select your country and click "Update Your Cart Total".

I never overcharge for shipping - if the estimated cost exceeds my actual shipment cost, I will refund the difference.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes. We ship to almost every country. To confirm whether we deliver to your country, add your desired products to your cart, proceed to the cart page and check if your country is available for selection.

Do you do Custom orders?

I am not able to do Custom orders at this time, but I hope to be able to offer this service in the future. If you are interested in being notified when I am taking Custom orders, please feel free to contact me.
